Bed was comfy, but I...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I felt it was very expensive for the quality of hotel. The room needed a paint job and just felt unfinished. Other than the bed being comfortable, this felt more like a cheap hotel when I expected a slightly more first class experience. Also, the breakfast starting at seven, I would recommend adjusting to six. Most people traveling for work have to be at their events by seven or 730. I travel all over the country all year long and almost every hotel I’ve stayed at has a breakfast that starts at 6 AM. If not, they have a more rigorous coffee set up that has more to choose from for example, honey, fresh milk, or items for the more health conscious mind.

Liked: Situation of the hotel. Size and comfort of the room. Goo bed.
Disliked: Nobody answering the telephone when we call the reception.When leaving for dinner we asked the reception to put additional towels in our romm. We never got them.I do not like the concept of destination fees. Why advertise the price of the room at $300 or $400 when you are automatically charged $25 of destination fees whether or not you use the supposed perks offered by the hotel (the free public parking for example ).Very difficult in this large parking to find where the clients of the hotel have to park. Lack of visible signs indicating where to park and how to get back to the hotel. Suggestion: give the clients a map of the parking.The decoration of the rooms is pretty plain, lacks warmth.Prior to the date of our stay, I probably received 5 messages o f the hotel (5 times the same message) . This is too much : 1 or 2 timely reminders would be enough.

New Years Staycation

Liked: I like the new remodel rooms since the last time I visited. Decorated very bright and luxurious. The staff was nice. Love the access to all the restaurants and live music. We had an amazing view from our room of city center.
Disliked: I wish they had something going on for New years for the guest. The party was way too expensive and blocked the pool area. Parking was confusing, but it seems like shared parking for everything. Couldn't find the elevators.

Disliked: Great hotel and great location. Unfortunately it's currently under construction and makes checking in unprofessional, but understand there's not much you can do about it. I'm sure it'll be very nice when the construction is finished.

Liked: Our room, a junior suite, was comfortable.
Disliked: Simple buffet was over-priced given the few choices available. 2nd floor lobby did not offer a warm, inviting feeling. No comfortable waiting area to meet friends. Free bottled water in the room would be appreciated. We had one bottle provided for our four-day stay. One per person per day would be a nice, simple treat.Our TV (both sets) had transmission problems which was annoying and kept us from using either one.
