Liked: I stayed seven nights at the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant, the staff is nice and helpful. The room is small, but clean and cozy. The roof is very nice for morning coffee. I really liked the location.
Disliked: There was one thing that left me with a bad taste, I asked for another hour and a half at check out and they asked for an additional payment for it. I would expect that after a seven night stay they would not ask for payment for this.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, the fact the room was cleaned each day was a nice surprise.Location was great to get around the city with nearby subway stations.
Disliked: Room was a bit small but nothing unmanageable.

Fantastic, didn’t want to leave!

Liked: Location was fantastic, really nice road and close to subway stations. Staff were always so friendly and helpful, room was lovely but small - didn’t bother us. It was clean and quiet. We were provided with tokens for a free coffee/tea, water and pastry every day which was a really nice touch! Will 100% return.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like, although beware on booking.. it says taxes and charges included but in the fine print it states a daily tax will be charged at hotel which I didn’t see. This amounted to almost a whole extra nights stay.. annoying but didn’t mind as the hotel was worth it.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Moore, a lovely boutique hotel in the Chelsea neighborhood. A convenient location near subway stops, great restaurants, shopping options and the Highline. Our room was comfortable and quiet, providing a welcome refuge after long days of sightseeing and exploring NYC. We would gladly return!
