Liked: A beautiful, elegant hotel in a great location, a short walk to the riverside followed by a picturesque 15 minute stroll will take to straight to Ponte Vecchio. Buffet italian style breakfast with additional options made to order in the most comfortable dining room is a fantastic way to start your day.All the staff are pleasant and attentive, very welcoming. Our room was stunning, extremely comfortable, spacious and included the added extras that easily give the 4* rating.Highly recommend The Moon Boutique Hotel for your stay in Firenze. Fantastico!

What a fantastic experience

Liked: Really friendly welcome from the amazing staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable and modern room, exactly as in pictures. Lovely experience in the spa and a very good selection for breakfast. Staff kindly minded our luggage before and after check in so we could explore Florence. Tram and hop on/hop off tour bus directly adjacent to hotel.
Disliked: Nothing. Couldn't fault it!
