Pot luck if you get...

Liked: The main part of the hotel has been updated and felt special.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had been placed in an apartment that needs modernising. The rooms and furniture are very dated. As are the small bathrooms. Plumbing was a problem. Toilets not flushing and cold/hot water very tricky.

Superb

Liked: Stunning decor, great location, very friendly staff and just a lovely place to stay.
Disliked: We had issues with our hot and cold water but instantly got offered to move rooms. But we decided not to as they resolved the issue instantly the next day. Great service and would love to go back.
