Liked: Always a great stay. Staff were superb, everything spotless and the Christmas decorations were still up. Great food with a view and rooms were excellent

Liked: Staff were lovelyLocation is a little outside the City Centre but the views were fantastic.Breakfast was one of the best. Lot of options cooked to order for you. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Thought the food in the restaurant was very overpriced for what it was.

Liked: Dinner at the Panorama was perfect. The food, view, and drinks were one of our favorites during this trip. Our server was very personable and made the night very special for us.
Disliked: We went to the glasshouse bar, and the waitress served us one drink and never returned. Other families were also waiting and kept going up to the bar to order their refills instead of placing their order with her.

Liked: Great location, lovely views
Disliked: Bed were uncomfortable, pillows were like paper, Room was freezing even with the heating on, staff woke us up at 10:00 for no reason when I said I’ll be 2minute they Just walked away.
