Disliked: The room was hot and stuffy. We told them at the front desk and they said open a window. We did open the window but it was still hot and stuffy.

Liked: The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It deserves 5* across the board. We have been travelling for work and leisure all over the world and this hotel really impressed us.
Disliked: I would have liked a fridge in the hotel room. But everything else was great!

Liked: Nice and friendly place to stay. Very warmly welcomed and good food and drink. Lovely view over Cork.
Disliked: The bathroom facilities were a bit poor for the 4-star rating. Wished there was a better shower and more luxury towels.
