Liked: The breakfast was good, exactly as requested and very filling. The purpose of the visit was a conference at the Riviera Centre so the location was just right. I travelled by train so again the location was convenient for the station.
Disliked: Registration for the conferences was 08;45 so the option of a slightly earlier breakfast would have been useful. I also missed the key box in the hall so a note on the check out would be useful in the notes sheet in the bedroom or in the initial email/text instructions.

Liked: Location was great for venue we attended. Short walk to the front and other local restaurants etcRoom was clean and comfortable and breakfast room was great.

Adequate but not inspriring.

Liked: The accommodation was basic. The bed was fine but the chairs were uncomfortable. the bathroom was fine execpt that it had a British standard loo that didn't flush properly. Breakfast was fine and I only saw the owner on the second day. A bit sureal actually. It was a pied a terre and that was that.
Disliked: See above.
