Superb

Excellent, classy hotel - highly...

Liked: Fantastic staff and welcome, excellent location and super comfortable bed. Cool bar.
Disliked: Nothing at all

A friendly atmosphere in a...

Liked: Room on Floor 3 was warm and comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast had a choice of foods and was excellent. Dinner the previous night in the Leopard Bar was a relaxing end to the day.

We had a very enjoyable...

Liked: We liked the traditional decor, cleanliness, excellent service, good food and polite attentive staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

When can we come back?!

Liked: Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, room was well decorated and comfortable and we both slept really well. We also loved the communal toilets (random addition to the review but we were impressed!).

It was definitely a highlight....

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond

Really lovely, makes you want...

Liked: Staff is exceptionally friendly, and really make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Room amenities were filled daily, and water even twice :)
Disliked: Only problem was the water cooker in our room, which did not work, but there is free coffee/tea in the lounge in the morning, and hot chocolate in the afternoon !

A very brief stay but...

Liked: As usual - everything. A superb hotel in a fabulous location.
Disliked: Nothing
