Liked: The facilities and service were excellent. I reserves the Christmas lunch which was delicious.
Disliked: Perhaps a minibar in the room?

Charming hotel with exceptional staff

Liked: Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable. Nice lounge area with holiday decorations, hot chocolate, and comfy seating.
Disliked: Would rate 10/10 but that our first room had some plumbing issues (we had to call maintenance on three different occasions to fix the toilet, at which point we requested - and were given - a new room).

Liked: I really liked the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable but I felt that the furniture was a little too old. the bed was most comfortable and the staff was excellent
Disliked: The furniture like the couch in the room (I was in Rooom 41 for 14 days) was a little tired looking
