My wife and I saw in the New Year at The Saguaro. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return very soon. Highly recommend.

Liked: Location to downtown Scottsdale
Disliked: This hotel has been remodeled with the cheapest of materials. Its really a low budget inn with a poor attempt to refurb it. Definitely not worth the money.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful!!!
Disliked: The room was comfortable but could use some updating.

Liked: Location was the best part.
Disliked: The buildings aren't numbered, it's not easy to find the building. This is an old property. New paint couldn't hide that. My rug disgustingly dirty. The sink in the bathroom sink clogged. No water pressure in the shower. And I hate Roku TV.

4/10 I wouldnt stay again. The joint room was too close to comfort with strangers than wed prefer.

Liked: Location is great to some good restaurants!
Disliked: Can hear the neighbors because we had a connecting door to strangers. You have to pay for parking even though youre already paying to stay at the location. Elevator was down so we had to walk on the opposing end where the staircase was with all of our luggage.
