Good enough for a brief...
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The shower didn't get hot and the duvet was thin and not warm enough. I worked out the heater eventually, but it was very loud and couldn't leave it on while I was sleeping so I got quite cold.

Great location, close to transport...
Liked: Great location to buses short walk to Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard, takeaways, supermarket and laundry close by. Rooms good size for family facilities were good. Staff amazing, had to evacuate for the fires and they were calm and helpful.

Terrible
Liked: I can’t believe you are sending me this survey after being evacuated from the hotel 75 minutes after checking and I clearly asked is the LA fire location a risk
Disliked: You should not allowed us to check in and we are chasing the credit now along with a formal complaint about your hotel with booking.com

Good value for money
Liked: Good location near the main tourist attractions of Hollywood. Large, comfortable rooms, polite staff.
Disliked: The rooms are showing signs of needing a little upkeep, but nothing major, just a little paint job. The location, while good, is in a part of Sunset Blvd that's a little run down, doesn't feel particularly safe going out at night for a walk.
