will never come back..very disappointed..

Liked: if not only becoz of hollie that i'm talking through WhatsApp we're not going to give any good comment..as she's the only one who help us..
Disliked: Before our check in time..we tried to contact the facility from morning to evening but no answer all day all night..and we tried connecting by the use of the restaurant but the lady who answered the call just shut the call..also when we arrive no one even guide us where to go..as if they're expecting us that we already know the whole place..and when we asked for something to eat the only food they served us is the very salted pizza..which the young lad server doesn't even know what type of pizza he was serving or if there'sany allergenson the food there'snot even any guide on the menu..and we keep trying to get their attention to ask for allergens but they're nowhere to be found..when we finished eating no one is there to help us..also we asked for a hot chocolate as it's so cold that night..we even asked for a strong chocolate flavour but it taste like water..if only we're not starving that night we're not going to eat it..none of the staff even check us back if the food they serve or the drinks is ok..also we asked them to change our bedding but they didn't change it as we leave some sign to make sure they will change it..as i have serious allergy problems but no they didn'teven change even pillow cases..and also we tried to ask for alternative milk in the room as i have coeliac allergy but no they didn't even leave even just a drop..also the room that we booked is way too far the looks on the photo..and the bed is so hard..for £200 it's not worth the money..and also the place is hard to find and no one even there to host us..

Disappointing sadly in many areas...

Liked: The small farm shop and cafe were a nice addition for proper coffee. The gym was also very good.
Disliked: The plumbing in my room was very noisy. The shower was very weak and like a trickle. The same for the showers at the pool, some of which were broken. The jacuzzi was out of action. The buffet selection at breakfast was very disappointing. The room I was in was dated and had inadequate lighting. There was no mini fridge to keep fresh milk.

Liked: I planned a “spa” weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday.While the room was clean and comfortable and the little extras were appreciated.I do feel disappointed.
Disliked: While I had assumed the hotel was in the Manor House, reception was located in “The Hub”. Reception also doubles as a bar and cafe, so waiting times to check in and out were shared with staff making coffee.I had booked a “spa” break and this is definitely not a spa hotel.The “spa” was shared with all other hotel guests, no robes or slippers provided and we had to go back to reception to ask for one towel. The spa is located in The Pavilion and is more of a family pool, tiny steam room and sauna that we had to wait 20 mins just for someone to come out so we could use it.There are only 2 loungers for the whole spa!And, the jacuzzi was a wait time of 30 mins.We couldn’t have a locker because reception had run out of keys for the very limited lockers, so was told we could place all of our belongings pool side.This would be a good family activity break, but is definitely not a spa.
