Liked: Super cool hotel with lovely staff. Great location. Room was very spacious.
Disliked: No shower gel, just shampoo in shower.

Disliked: Really uncomfortable bed, I had back pain the next day, in spots it was hard and in some areas really soft, it needs replacement. Not to 4* standard.

Nice breakfast, polite staff but...

Liked: The staff was super polite and kind, and the valet service for the car was also excellent.. Breakfast was excellent, and the bar looks nice
Disliked: The room was super cold when we arrived; the bathroom was so cold that I thought I would see a penguin somewhere (arrival time was sent in advance)The room was not spacious, with one window not looking anywhere... we had to walk almost sideways... The night before, we stayed in Verona in four stars hotel, and this one, although being four stars as well, seemed like two stars compared
