Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious; perfect for a family trip! Lovely meal at the pub downstairs as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: I enjoyed the location, enoought to see and do.I liked the tones used inside and the themed pictures. Good value for money and quite easy to get around due to public transport. Handy to get to the O2 Arena.
Disliked: Felt the check in could have been a little better in this instance. The bathroom was good, nice roomy shower but due to the style water goes on the floor but a small towel is provided.

Liked: The room was excellent- we had an unexpected upgrade to a family room which was enormous. Had a great night's sleep- room was quiet, despite being above the pub, and not too hot like so many hotel rooms are. Breakfast tasty and excellent value. Really great location for both transport and Greenwich Village.

Liked: Great and almost historic hotel in a lovely Greenwich. The hotel is situated in an 18th-century building, close to the Greenwich Observatory, and Maritime Museum, and only 3 mins away from the subway. The clipper pier is also only 3 mins away, you can easily get to the center of London by it.
Disliked: Everything was fine
