Disliked: The place needed a really good clean. Lots of dust and mould on windows... rusty aircon... needed maintenance

Liked: Location and the pool area were great. Close to Alex beach and local shops
Disliked: The room was set out pretty good, the stove and cook gear etc was awesome - the furniture was due for an update in our unit (couches etc) but overall for a family it was pretty good.

The facilities were lovely but...

Liked: We enjoyed the bbq and pool area. And the heated pool was absolutely perfect. Access to the beach was only a 5min walk and lots of shops in and around the location.
Disliked: There was mould all around the seal of the fridge and the bathroom tiles / shower.

4th time staying. Definitely booking...

Liked: We come here for the pool and proximity to beach and facilities. They always accomodate large vehicles in overflow carpark.
Disliked: Music in elevator is annoying but if that’s all there is to be annoyed at then it must be ok.

Disliked: Our unit was a little outdated. There are much nicer units in the complex.

Liked: Location was good, size of the unit was good, air con and fans, outlook over the lake, very helpful reception
Disliked: Lack of small amenities such as bathroom products, lack of service to the room, eg clean bath towels each day, Shower door leaked soaking the bathroom floor
