Very comfortable room, great breakfast...

Liked: Room was large and very comfortable. We have stayed before so k we what to expect. Breakfast very good lots of choice. On-site parking is always a huge positive for us.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Good choice of breakfast, clean and comfortable bedroom. Friendly staff . Property close to town centre.

Superb

Liked: Nice hotel. Very clean. little out of center. Very nice breakfast In lovely setting.
Disliked: Didn't like the £10 charge for parking my car there because I had booked using booking.com. in the room parking was free if booked direct.

Great location and staff, tired...

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is dated and needs a face lift, or bathroom was dirty with hairs in the plug holes, bath and floor. Having to pay for parking in a hotel that has already double the normal price due to being the university graduation week was unacceptable.Bed was very uncomfortable and the room was far too hot with no way of turning down the radiator.

Excellent keep up the good...

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights the parking for us and location was superb; but this hotel has so much to offer; the double room we stayed in was very comfortable;the breakfast variety was top notch; the staff top notch so well done to all; if there was one criticism it would be the bar area it needs reconfiguring and welcoming with a better ambiance and would be easy to achieve… as for York itself excellent
