Outstanding accommodation with exceptional customer...

Liked: Everything was outstanding! Customer service was exceptional. The building has been recently renovated and is elegant, classy, warm, inviting. The room was spacious and well laid out, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was in keeping with the theme of the building - again spacious and very clean. I can not recommend this place enough.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely historic property with a...

Liked: Gold King room was very good for our first stay. Lovely bathroom & finishes.
Disliked: Next stay we had the Bronze King Mobility room and this was disappointing, especially bathroom shower (weak water pressure)
