Liked: It is a beautiful hotel with a great location.
Disliked: It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in and it had a view of a homeless guy with his pants half off and he appeared to be touching him self.

Outstanding accommodation with exceptional customer...

Liked: Everything was outstanding! Customer service was exceptional. The building has been recently renovated and is elegant, classy, warm, inviting. The room was spacious and well laid out, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was in keeping with the theme of the building - again spacious and very clean. I can not recommend this place enough.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Gold King room was very good for our first stay. Lovely bathroom & finishes.
Disliked: Next stay we had the Bronze King Mobility room and this was disappointing, especially bathroom shower (weak water pressure)
