Liked: The staff were amazing and the location was incredible.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the standard of mattress on the bed it was truly awful needs replacing.

Liked: Areas could do with a refresh. Like upgraded decor and furnishings.The staff were amazing. Really felt well looked after by then. They were so pleasant, helpful and friendly. A real credit to the hotel and really made the stay memorable. Thank you from us.

Cut short our stay

Liked: Location was good. Staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Still waiting for the cooked breakfast my husband ordered!Poor quality bread and fruit juice.No oat or soya milk, so could not have any cereal.No-one on reception most of the time.
