Liked: nice staff and the room was very comfortable. everything you could need for a night. They had an event that night and made sure I knew and did their best to make me comfortable. I heard nothing during the night and had a great sleep.
Disliked: Staff in dinning room needed more information about Gluten Free options.

Liked: Central location to the village, rooms are clean and ideal for our visit. Food was really good with the curry’s being a high point.
Disliked: No faults, rooms we were in may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs.

Liked: This was our third visit to the Millcroft and we stayed in one of the rooms that is more like a mini apartment room 23 This gave a lounge and two bedrooms (one single one double) and the attic or tower room with a semi panoramic view over the bay through the three windows All was very neat and clean and comfortable We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating and the manager Duncan was particularly fun and helpful
Disliked: Not a dislike but the parking is limited on the same level as the hotel itself and the trek up the hill via the stairs from the overflow car park is pretty tiring if you have to do with luggage so getting to the hotel relatively early would be an advantage

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay for a few nights in Oct. 24. The breakfast had a great selection from the menu, and everything was fresh. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the large bathroom with a great shower was a plus. The dinner was also very good, and having a pub attached was perfect for a drink in the evening. Additionally, the staff were super friendly, humorous, and attentive, which made my experience even better!
Disliked: While we enjoyed our stay overall, there was one minor thing we noticed. The bed had only one blanket, which meant we had to share it, making it a bit chilly at times. However, this did not significantly affect our overall nice experience.

Disliked: The food wasn’t great and the hotel seemed quite run down The owner called me up for payment just after I’d booked and told how wonderful the hotel was and how fantastic his new chef was - he lied. Our bathroom was half finished there were pictures missing from the walls - very disappointing - the locals said they’d been trying to sell the place for the past 2 years
