Nice location but disappointed.

Liked: Restaurant staff friendly.
Disliked: Reception very poor. Unsmiling . Gave me a room on the third floor of the annex with no lift. I am 76yrs and had paid for an upgrade to a double from a single. I complained and was given room 505 at thr far end of the building. In this room I could hear the people in the next room talking clearly.no soundproofing.

Liked: the staff were very helpful and the food was excellent
Disliked: the room was not 4star standard. it was a long way from the reception area and negotiating several doors and sets of steps with a suitcase was challenging. there was very little pressure from the taps and the ensuite was somewhat dated.
