Liked: Location was perfect , lovely breakfast and we had evening meals they were lovely too

Not worth the money
Liked: Staff friendly, parking plentiful
Disliked: Rooms extremely basic, noise from motorway and adjoining rooms very noticeable, bathroom had signs of damp and the full room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

Great value for money. Food...
Liked: Clean you can park right outside your room. This was great as it was raining. Staff and breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: Not much to dislike. Very comfortable.

Very unsatisfying stay.
Liked: The location is ok.
Disliked: No reception open, had to go to bar to check in.Radiator in bathroom was rusty and did not work.Dead squashed spiders on ceiling in chalet.Room was very basic for £116 per night.Staff were obviously not full trained in customer care.Food menu was very basic, more like a pub menu. Furniture in restaurant is very basic, something like my grandma would try to get rid of.Boiled mushrooms on breakfast plate.This hotel has not met any of my expectations, given it hosts weddings.
