Liked: Beautiful appointed, very comfortable large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely products.

Ok with decent view but...

Liked: Stayed here on a road trip, never been in one of these casinos before. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room had a bay view and was large but the overall ambiance was rather dated. Everything worked fine and aircon was quiet when heating or cooling which is a bonus in IS hotels. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a big negative. Also the in hotel dining was unattractive certainly to me and when I went searching for food all I found was low quality burger bars. For me as a passer by the location was poor because of the lack of dining anywhere in walking distance and the price was very high for the standard. I suppose if you want to feed slot machines for a day it certainly convenient. One exception though was the breakfast at the pancake house down the road, that was excellent. Unfortunately this wasn’t open in the evening.

Easy and relaxing

Liked: The location was great. Very quiet at night and a great view of the bay.
Disliked: For the price of the room it would be even better with in room coffee.

Not what we paid for.

Liked: Not being in the rain. We liked getting away, really wish we stayed somewhere else.
Disliked: We stayed last night, and check-in was good but we didn't even get the room I reserved. It Was supposed to be a king room, we got 2 queens instead. I reserved the room I wanted. We were not impressed with the room. No microwave or coffee pot, bare essentials for the price. For half the price I would have had the extras.We gambled a lot and ate a bunch of food before going to Our room. This morning my boyfriend went down to play and was told to leave and not come back for 12 hours. I would like to see the video as to what he did wrong. He was not on anything and had half a beer that your casino served him.He tried to talk to someone before we left but they were too busy for that conversation. The hotel manager tried to get them to come talk.Totally ruined our weekend with ridiculous nonsense and the accommodations.Just the opposite of what I thought I was reserving, I should have been told before our arrival. Our room should not have been given away.Never experienced this before.
