Liked: Second visit to the Lilestone Hotel. Possibly the very best hotel I’ve experienced in Europe for customer service, they are amazing in very way.
Disliked: Nothing

Old school hotel with faultless...

Liked: Great location. Next to Hyde park and Kensington high st. Very comfortable bed!
Disliked: Water pressure in shower wasn’t great.

Excellent stay

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was great; all the little extra touches which were added. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was also great.
Disliked: Some facilities i.e spa area, were not open during the stay. We were also charged a service fee on checking out, we were a little surprised by this as although the service was great we expected this within the price we had already paid.

Exceptional

Great hotel in Kensington

Liked: We had a great stay at the Milestone Hotel as a family with a toddler. The junior suite was sufficiently spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient with Hyde Park in front of the hotel and easy access to public transportation. Hotel staff was great and made us feel comfortable with our toddler. The included breakfast had many options and good quality. The restaurant could have done with more options but it was good. The gym was closed during our stay but the hotel gave us access to Virgin Active nearby instead which was great for swimming.

Liked: The historic building and traditional English style. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable
Disliked: The breakfast was overpriced and there is no area to lounge
