Liked: A truly outstanding and charming hotel located just across from Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. Incredible staff... wonderful rooms... and a very comfortable restaurant and bar area. No need to look any further. This IS the place you should be staying in London!

Liked: Great attention to detail and professional staff. They surprized us with a super nice room set up for our anniversary celebration. Staff was always helpful and impeccable, with little details like cable managing our own chargers with velcro, lovely!
Disliked: The only note that could be made is that the water pressure could be somewhat higher.
