Liked: Like the staff location vibe and breakfastFood and drink prices are expensive.They also charge you a service charge in the bar then ask another £20 staff service charge on checkout. Be ok if you hadn’t paid over £500 for an entry room.

Excellent hotel with impeccable service

Liked: I have stayed here a few times and it is consistently excellent! The location is perfect, staff are wonderful and the service is absolutely impeccable! The rooms are luxurious, beautifully appointed and very comfortable with lots of little touches that make staying here quite special. Breakfast is very good and the food in both the restaurant and the newly renovated bar is outstanding! Highly recommended

Disliked: No place for the kettle in the room even though we had been upgraded to a beautiful room we have to leave the kettle on the floor
