Absolutely amazing hotel would definitely...

Liked: We like everything about the Midland hotel it is an absolutely amazing hotel with the most friendliest and helpful staff especially Shirley she is amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers. She gave us a jug of milk for our room which we took but forgot that our room had no fridge so by the next day the milk had turned.
Disliked: We didn’t like that we were given an upgrade to a king suite which had no fridge and the window really needed a clean on the outside

Liked: Pleasant and comfortable areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast.Well equipped bathroom. Capsule coffee machine provided in refreshment area as well as a fridge.
Disliked: Our room was minimal size. One side of the bed was almost up against the radiator/ window wall making it difficult to get into bed.Room was booked as Executive but was nothing like the example photos.Reception staff were sympathetic and understanding when I explained this at checkout but because they were fully booked nothing could have been done.We would stay they again on the promise of a larger room.
