Disliked: The room window faced a wall. Only the queen beds faced an outer window.

Liked: The staff was excellent they made me feel welcomed safe and gave me options for New Years Eve plans. They also gave me the best advice for things to do in New York the day after New Years as well. It was excellent and the room was fantastic! It was a big suite too that we got upgraded and I couldn’t have been more impressed and excited! Especially for New York it’s hard to find hotels this amazing and even a few days before a trip and on New Years Eve too. Thank you!!! I look forward to coming back soon!

Great location

Liked: The convenience to Times Square and Broadway. We walked everywhere
Disliked: The customer service needs a little work. Our room wasn’t ready yet. I asked the gentleman in the lounge area for a glass of water and he rudely told me no and sent me to the front desk where they told me I would have to wait until my room was ready to get the water they provide. Seems small, but was not a good first impression.
