Liked: The room was located well and the design of the room great. The pool is awesome, except I didn't utilize since the weather was not great for that purpose.
Disliked: The initial desk person at 5:30am was inexperienced and vague about the timing of getting into a room.

Liked: Bright building, attentive staff, nice rooms, nice bathroom, good sheets and mattress and towels, nice toiletries, lovely smell in the air.
Disliked: I never figured out the lighting in my room. Bathrooms by the pool are far. Charging an extra daily “resort fee” felt like gouging to me, since it’s not optional.

Serious deficiencies

Liked: Friendliness of the staff. The efforts and friendliness of Victor and Charli should be highlighted.
Disliked: Beds far too deep, blanket with hole, second choice bedding, mattress sagging. Nothing for people with back problems. Poor housekeeping: problems with curtains and lamps had been repaired only on our request , Turndown service is missing, wifi unstable, wifi crashes with any movement in the hotel. Hotel needs to be completely renovated and redesigned ( inside and outside). Also grossly overpriced. Breakfast included is limited to USD 60 per double room, the rest must be paid by the guest. 1 croissant 8 usd + charges and service taxes. Price-performance is absolutely not right. The friendliness of the staff cannot compensate these serious deficiencies.
