Liked: Nothing as it not right place as they send you to the grand hotel as the Metropole hotel is dos house not a hotel and I am glad it was the grand hotel we stayed in.the staff and our stay at the grand hotel was perfect
Disliked: You are still advertising the Metropole hotel and they don't even take holiday bookings any more
