Liked: Overall, it’s a decent hotel. Excellent staff. Clean.But…In a $200 room, there are no:•Disposable toothpaste tube and toothbrush.•Disposable slippers like in all Turkish hotels.•Shoe horn.•Toilet brush.•Air freshener in the bathroom. Fortunately, I was staying alone. But imagine a couple in such an awkward situation?Otherwise, your hotel deserves all kinds of praise, and I would happily choose it again for my next visit to Ottawa.

Loved everything other than the...

Liked: The hotel has a great vibe with attention to detail. It is welcoming and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Great decor. The location is excellent with walking distance to the Parliament Buildings and the trendy Byward market.
Disliked: Our room was very noisey 1. proximetary to the main road 2. Guests with unruley children. There was also a member of staff that appeared to be struggeling, we reported and feel it will be dealt with in a sensitive manner.

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, valet parking, spacious bedroom and large bathroom, filled up the fridge, nice interior decor.
Disliked: Valet parking is a little pricey, and the restaurant had no "regular" breakfast offer on 1st Jan, only the pricey special breakfast for New Year's Day.

Liked: Geo. Location is fantastic. The restaurant has fantastic brunch.
Disliked: The shower needs an up grade, not a lot of presure when showering. Clearing forgot to refill toilett paper and bottle of water and Tea regulary.

Pleasant, clean and very comfortable...

Liked: The impeccable and friendly service of the staff. Our housekeeper on the 5th floor was lovely and helpful all week, as were the front desk and restaurant staff (hurrah for the bartenders who made great lattes with big smiles on each morning!). The lobby plants were stunning as well, and the beds more comfortable than mine at home.
Disliked: It could have had a little more lounge seating.
