In the heart of Leeds city center this Grade II listed hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Leeds Rail Station. We paid 59 pounds for a pretty good room and breakfast. Can't fault anything for that price. Would definitely use again. Really close to Leeds Academy.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Holly on reception was particularly good.

Pleasant stay because of the...

Liked: The Hotel front of desk managment and wider team do all they can to make you feel welcome and work hard to addresss any issues.Lots of character.The location is great.
Disliked: The rooms in the hotel are really tired, and until the renovation is complete, prices to stay in them need to reflect the current room quality.

Mother/daughter getaway.

Liked: I would give it full marks, except we knew nothing about the renovating of the outside of the building. The room was lovely, staff were great. I would gladly stay there again once the work is completed.
Disliked: Arrived to very loud drilling. Luckily, we were going to be out more than in. 8.30 am we were woken by the drilling. Luckily, my daughter and I had earbuds, so put music on.
