We paid 59 pounds for a pretty good room and breakfast. Can't fault anything for that price. Would definitely use again. Really close to Leeds Academy.

Exceptional

Liked: Absolutely everything about the stay was amazing, they let us check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later free of charge and also upgraded our room to the superior king room. The bed was absolutely massive and soooo comfy. Will 100% be using this hotel as our go-to in Leeds from now on. Only wish we could've stayed a few more nights.

Disliked: The hotel was under refurbishment, So there was a lot of scaffolding around the premises.Also the bath was in need of some attention as needed replacing.This said, I feel the discounted price was a fair compromise.
