In the heart of Leeds city center this Grade II listed hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Leeds Rail Station. We paid 59 pounds for a pretty good room and breakfast. Can't fault anything for that price. Would definitely use again. Really close to Leeds Academy.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Holly on reception was particularly good.

Location wise brilliant but very...

Liked: Great location very close to the city centre and train station the breakfast was good and at a discounted price of £13.50 good value
Disliked: The room was very basic and in need of a uplift

Liked: Sort of good location, the parking meter didn’t work.
