Four nights- great locations, just...

Liked: Convenient location and clean room plus beach chairs/towels
Disliked: Room was noisy from floor above and from the 5th street traffic. Also sink was clogged

Liked: the location and the size of the room, that’s about it
Disliked: poor customer service, forever wait for breakfast at the hotel and rude customer service, weird model of operations where everything is outsourced, including breakfast and daily cleaning, dirty rooms, no wardrobe in some rooms, pool that’s not heated despite repeated requests, an elevator that keeps beeping because of a communication malfunction that wasn’t addressed, cheap and shoddy equipment and decor, the list goes on. this is a middle of the road 3 star hotel, maybe, not even close to 4 star level.
