Superb

I'm booking again this week!

Liked: Everything except the bed! Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable clean, fresh room, great location, and good beer!
Disliked: The bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped, and I had broken sleep on the first night, but lay on a pillow the second night and had a wonderful sleep!

A great place to meet...

Liked: Breakfast was great, location was excellent, staff were always approachable and helpful, bed was super comfortable and the room met all expectations.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good value hotel in central...

Liked: Very good breakfast. Fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and hot choice of sausage, bacon, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms with eggs cooked fresh to order. Parking for about 8 cars and we arrived late morning and found space. We were offered the chance to bid to upgrade our classic room and managed to get a superior room for an extra fiver.

A restless stay in Salisbury

Liked: A bit of a walk from the train station but you get a great preview of the quaint medieval town as you pass through. The single room was small, as expected, but well furnished and comfortable.
Disliked: I knew there would not be a lift when I booked. I was expecting stairs but this was a whole new level of crazy floors and doors to pass through. Due to an unacceptable lack of proper signage, myself and another guest - who had stayed in the hotel before - spent a solid 10 minutes wandering around, up, and down trying to find our rooms.Room 304 was on the front of the building, directly across from a nightclub and cocktail bar. It was a Saturday night stay and both venues had bright lights, loud music, and even louder patrons until the wee hours of the morning. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but you might want to ask the location of your room before making the trek.

Cosy and in a good...

Liked: The location is great.The staff are nice.We got two glasses of wine for 50% of the price.It’s clean.The furniture are in good condition.
Disliked: For a price of over £70 per night, I expected it to be breakfast included but it wasn’t!
