Clean and pleasant room but...

Liked: Bedroom and bathroom clean.
Disliked: The noise from other guests was fairly relentless.

Liked: Location, beers and the staff was very nice!Good caffes around!Close to the station!
Disliked: There was an incident with the early dropping of the luggage with a staff member, who saw us at the closed entrance waiting and just went in, without asking what we were doing and we had to get his attention from the outside for him to come back to us and let us leave the luggage.

Great for a short break....

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi and parking. The place was well-heated. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and we ate dinner there the night before too.
Disliked: Our room was above the ladies' toilets for the bar, so unfortunately, it was very noisy until the bar closed. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem, but as we had had a long journey, we hoped for an early night. The breakfast was a little sparse for Gluten-free options.

Pleasant stay in good location...

Liked: Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, warm and clean with lovely view of the mountains. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Perfect location for visiting the Uni, and we were allowed to leave our car in the car park after checking out while at the open day.
Disliked: Decor and fittings a bit tired, but pics of other rooms suggest some have been decorated more recently. Shower not great but managed.
