Lovely stay. Lovely staff

Liked: Love how they make you feel welcome and I liked the patience the woman had when we first got there and had a problem when me battery died. I also like how they advise you and help you when you need. The beds were comfy the shower was amazing.. the towels were clean. My son loved the sofa bed
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like except could be netflix on the tv however this is jus a personal concept but it was amazing

Very good hotel with next...

Liked: Very good breakfast. Lots to choose from. Coffee and tea for free. Not too expensive.
Disliked: The windows in the hotel room couldn't be opened.

Pleasant, welcoming as usual on...

Liked: We like the location as it is close to family.A choice of breads; ie; sourdough plus wheaten or brown bread would be nice.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Wonderful hotel but have breakfast...

Liked: Reception staff was friendly and responded quickly to my messaging due to delay
Disliked: Breakfast is not a buffet style breakfast and the items you could choose on the menu were not fresh, wrapped in plastic and uninspired. On Friday night we wanted to have some drinks in the pub. When we came in, the girl behind the bar announced that it was time for the last rounds of drinks. That was no problem for us, so we sat down to have a look at the menu. Before we even opened the menu the girl started to harass us that we should order NOW. We explained that we wanted to see what type of cocktails they were serving, she rolled her eyes to a colleague. Within 10 seconds she started again to moan about the order. She was so rude and we felt so unwelcome that we decided to leave. Unbelievable!
