Lovely hotel with great staff

Liked: Close by to lots of things , the pub next door was lovely too also with lovely knowledgeable staff who couldn’t do enough for you.
Disliked: We didn’t have an openable window in our room

Don't use it ever again

Liked: We did like the cleaning in general
Disliked: Well,!!! Wi-Fi has a poor signal,in terms of staff at the reception was like an obligation every time we ask a question,we stayed 4 nights in these days if you don't say good morning or a simple Hi they don't even care,our checkout the lady at reception didn't mention or ask how was our stay or perhaps asking if we did enjoy.WE WILL NEVER COME BACK

Liked: Friendly, warm, welcoming hotel with great restaurant.
Disliked: Sunday morning breakfast not available until 8am when we needed to leave by 8am - paid for but not able to use which definitely week wasn’t pleasing.

Good location and rooms, ruined...

Liked: Room decor and bar next door. Easy to park
Disliked: Wi-Fi awful and bombarded with emails as part of troublefree check in. When responded to one of the multiple messages, was told by the system, that they already had those details. Then asked to write (ink) same details on arrival until I challenged why. Only soft pillows in room.
