Terrible

Liked: We stayed for one night to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. Based on the photos provided, we expected a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom.Unfortunately, the experience fell short of what expectations. Upon arrival, we had to wait around 20 minutes before a staff member acknowledged us and began the check-in process. The staff were noticeably rude and unwelcoming. After checking in, we were quickly dismissed without any guidance, and we had to ask another guest for directions to the elevator.When we entered our room, we were shocked to find it was barely the size of a small bathroom. For €220 per night, this was incredibly disappointing—especially given the misleading photos we had received beforehand.

Very good

Liked: I liked the location, very close to the 3 Arena, beside the river and close to a Luas stop.The bed was very comfortable but the person on the inside could not get out on their side as it was right beside the window. Also there was no room on that side of the bed to have a locker for my water bottle and phone.

Poor

Disliked: Bed was too big for the room and as a result it was against a wall on one side meaning guests had to climb over each other to get in and out - less than ideal!Breakfast at €20 per person was poor value and an additional supplement had to be paid for tea/coffee and toast!

Liked: Location, access to facilities (gym, sauna, pool)
Disliked: Small room, noisy because of works in the facing building

Liked: I got food poisoning from the egg royal on the morning of the 10th March.

Double room too small

Liked: Excellent location and pleasant staff. Bedroom was too small to be a double. Bed up against window on one side and less than 2 feet from wall at end.. No chairs or wardrobe or space for luggage and very poor lighting. Breakfast was lovely but expensive considering there was no buffet.
