Liked: Nice location close to the heart of the city. Some employees were kind and helpful. The hotel is full of history.
Disliked: A front desk lady with curly hair was rude and looked like unwilling to talk to us.Room heater was HAVC on the wall was broken and cannot connect with the heater, while the heater was so old and making quite loud noise.Water pressure was unstable and randomly got and hot and cold.A destination fee of $25 per day was charged for WiFi and some other unimportant stuff, which seems quite uncommon for me.

Liked: The reception staff were absolutely wonderful!The supervisor had to be called to assist and he and his colleague quickly resolved the issue.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable.

Lovely stay with great location...

Liked: Great l8cation, good customer service, tasty breakfast. Property is easy to access from out of the area and can be navigated by car, train or ride share.
Disliked: Mattress just ok, didn't allow for a great night's sleep. Would have appreciate water to be available in room or via dispenser nxt to ice as room air was VERY dry!
