Easy convenient stay

Liked: We booked for a sunday night to meet up with family and enjoyed a good sunday lunch.The Mayfield is convenient for location
Disliked: with over 300 guests for Sunday lunch from 12-7pm it was very busy , with too many kids running around making lots of noise

Nice bolt hole

Liked: The room was lovely, very modern and clean. Bed was comfy. Room service was not brilliant as we were there 4 nights and they never cleaned the room or changed towels. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Apart from that it was excellent. Bus service very poor, just 1 bus an hour then they are either full or not turn up.£3 per person each way to Scarborough! Cheaper to use your car. Food in restaurant not a great choice but reasonable.

Disliked: I wasn't told that the breakfast doesn't start till 8am. I was here on business and started work at 8am so I had to go without.
