Excellent stay, highly recommended.

Liked: Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a late flight back home and they did not charge for a late check out. Breakfast included in the room rate was superb. Facilities were spotless. Centrally located near the tube.
Disliked: The pillows could be firmer.

Shame about the breakfast service

Liked: Friendliness of staff on arrival and throughout our stay.
Disliked: Breakfast service. It can't be unusual for them to be busy, so why didn't they cope very well? We had a wait to be seated, fine, and expected, not an issue. However, when seated, we had to wait 15 minutes for our coffee to arrive, and by then, we had finished our breakfast (too late). Also, I had to ask for cutlery, as our table wasn't set up. Just a mess tbh, not acceptable for this hotel. But I wouldn't let it stop us from staying here again. Just perhaps we would have our breakfast elsewhere.

Liked: Location, comfort, luxury, room size, food quality.
Disliked: Impossible to get through the in room dining line without getting connected by the reception or another team, an employee of the laundry team told me “take it easy” after I mentioned having to repeat four times a pick-up request for dry cleaning, one night I ordered room service and no water and dessert were brought to the room but I was still charged.

Incredible place to stay in...

Liked: Location, location in the middle of Mayfair walking distance to Mew bond street, green park, Buckingham palace etc. 1 minute from the station. Lovely big room & bathroom
Disliked: Very pricey but that is London in a prime spot.
