Disliked: Where can I start? My first room (822) was disgusting. Tv didn’t work, phone fell out of the wall, no robes and it looked like it was last cleaned in 1982. They moved me to a twin bed room (647) when my mother arrived a few days later and it reaked of bad cologne that was pumped through the vents and it killed my lungs as I suffer from asthma, I asked them to stop it and it never stopped… Soni lived with the windows open while it was freezing outside…twice there was water dripping from a light fixture over the bathtub and maintenance had to come fix it… not great.

Liked: Friendly, pleasant hotel staff. Large rooms for a central London location.
Disliked: Very limited availability of gluten free options in the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Our second visit and it is truly a lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed our trip to the bar on Saturday evening. I wish I knew what the scent was in the hotel lobby as it is gorgeous.
Disliked: Our heating was broken however someone did come to fix it.

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Disliked: Room way too small than the picture, very old furniture and consumed carpets in the corridors

Disliked: vomit in the lift was not impressive, corridors littered with trays and luggage carriers
