Great hotel in an awesome location.

Liked: Great urban spot! Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Our view from out room was not the best but honestly, we spent our time in the main lobby as the vibe was excellent!

Incredible staff and location!

Liked: The staff was incredibly accommodating to my daughter and me, and worked with us on more flexible check-in and checkout times. They even gave my daughter a sweet little bead kit to play with while we were there. Such great perks, too, to vendors within the Milk Market.

Liked: Location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No mini refrigerator. And no space to hang clothes. The shower leaks through the door, needing extra towels to keep the floor dry. The arm chair was not comfortable and no hooks were available for hanging coats.The Maven was a clean and well staffed facility in the lower downtown area. Very friendly and nicely designed from an architectural view point. Needs to reevaluate some common features for guests.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Liam, the bartender was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. We were going to find a different place to eat dinner but he convinced us to try the Mexican food at the hotel. The food was great!
Disliked: The bathroom situation could have been better. The toilet was in a closet and the shower was only separated from the sleeping are via a clear glass wall. I get that might be modern, but it was just weird.

Disliked: coffee shop did not open until 9 AM

Excellent hotel in perfect location

Liked: Great central location. Very easy to walk to all of the tourist spots.Parking valet service was very handy and car was brought to us quickly each time. Excellent location for the restaurant district.
Disliked: Parking was quite expensive. Make it cheaper for 24 hour period.
