Disliked: The 5% discretionary service charge which was hidden away. This is super annoying. Just charge an extra 5%. I hate being told about this after I book...

Amazing, wonderful and a rare...

Liked: Everything was stunning from the moment we arrived. It was my partner's birthday and the hotel upgraded us and thoroughly spoilt us from beginning to end. I could not recommend the hotel and its lovely staff more highly!

Disliked: very lousy maintenance . we changed 3 rooms no heating was working, toilet cover seat broken room 426(studio).house keeping very bad ! even thou staff is very pleasant.
