Perfect Location!!!

Liked: Location is perfect. Basic Rooms are small and extremely small bathroom. We’d go shower in the gym that you get access to downstairs - Third Space. Much more room and better water pressure. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very good and efficient. Bar staff downstairs were very slow and it felt like we were bothering them to get a beverage. We would stay there again for the perfect location this hotel is in, but would get a bigger room next time. Front desk staff were nice and welcoming.

Overall a nice hotel worthy...

Liked: This was a last minute booking so we got a good rate for the location and class of hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the tv was huge. We had a queen room and a cosy room and there was pretty much no difference. The cosy room was cheaper so probably the best choice. Staff were very pleasant, bed was comfortable and a few nice touches such as free toiletries and water which were appreciated. Room was nice and quiet and seemed well soundproofed. Breakfast was good but quite expensive, and a service charge was also added on at checkout which bumped the price even more.
Disliked: Check in could have been a little quicker and bathroom was very small. Breakfast was overpriced, even though it was nice. Service charges for breakfast and just for staying bumped up the hotel cost.

Great spot for local and...

Liked: Fabulous location for central and local shopping, very friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed and a great shower! Ticks all of our boxes. My husband’s words when we left “we’ll use them again”!

Exceptional

Exactly what we needed.

Liked: It was really nice, just off Marylebone high street and a few mins from Harley Street/ Oxford Street. Really nice bar and restaurant. We were attending the hospital in Harley street, which I think is common at this hotel. It was great. Super comfortable beds. Lovely staff.
Disliked: I imagine we weren’t the only ones going to one of the hospitals nearby, so the option of a fridge to store medicines might be very helpful at this hotel.
