Welcoming staff, great environment in...

Liked: Great location near enough to smart Marylebone High Street and good communication links to everywhere but my room at the front was completely quiet; nicely appointed, great shower and I appreciated the upgrade from friendly receptionist. The staff throughout were welcoming and helpful, the pool was excellent and although I didn’t use the gym I could see it was extensive. All in all a very good stay.

Underwhelming visit to a favourite...

Liked: The location is great, for our requirements.
Disliked: Felt on this occasion the welcome was very lukewarm. Upgraded to a studio but felt that the decor was not as good as the deluxe room we had paid for. Didn’t like the 5% service added to the bill, we booked through Booking . Com and could find no mention of this. Asked for it to be taken off. Breakfast was served in the room, again a tray charge and service charge was added. Very underwhelming , not value for money.
