Passable

Liked: Clean and close to the front useful being able to have breakfast.
Disliked: The car park although useful was very tight so if you have a larger car please beware as I scraped mine it's very very narrow and could do with some signs warning.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was fantastic, great for sea front attractions. Run by a lovely couple Christine & Leon , with a great breakfast. Fantastic value for money.

Liked: Leon and Christine were really brilliant hosts and very friendly helpful and professional the minute we arrived Leon helped us showing where to park parking right in the back of the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom in the room was really clean and tidy and the shower was really good. The breakfast in the morning is really good plenty to choose from full cooked breakfast or what you would like and plenty of cereal to choose from and tea and coffee too. Thanks Leon and Christine
