Liked: The room is spacious and has a kitchenette which was very handy. The staff was very friendly and made it feel very comfortable. I ordered food in the room and it was very good.
Disliked: the phone was not working so if I needed anything I had to go down to tell the reception. The fan in the room was very loud and I did not manage to put it off

Liked: the people!!!! that makes the difference.. i had told them that i had stayed there before. they genuinely appreciated our return, helpful and made our work trip fun. i believe the people are the heart and soul>
Disliked: at the time of year, we would have expected the cold weather entrance way

A very good option for...

Liked: The hotel is well located. It is close to the Korean tow, Empire State and other interesting sites. Our room was well cleaned and full of kitchen items. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave a teddy bear
Disliked: The indoor swimming pools should have an hotter water. Maybe a jacuzzi should be a good investment.
