Charming hotel in excellent location

Liked: Well kept hotel with lots of charm in an excellent location (and relatively quiet for being in Manhattan). The room was very clean and well appointed so that even though it was small, we did not feel cramped. Great lounge area for breakfast and great cocktail bar.
Disliked: Our shower door leaked a little so the bathroom floor was wet. Most of the staff were excellent, but there were a couple who were not very friendly or helpful.
