Liked: Room was very cozy and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable with high thread count sheets. Everything was very clean and the mood in the lobby was inviting. Fantastic location with excellent accessibility to subway station and Washington Square Park around the corner.
Disliked: The rooms are TINY. I upgraded to a Deluxe Queen felt a little less claustrophobic than the regular Queen room. I was quite cold in the room during my visit in February. The heating was very inefficient (very old building). The service and staff was a bit of mixed bag. Wonderful waiter at breakfast and was offered a water while waiting for a cab. The front desk staff was somewhat stand-offish but generally accommodating and helpful.

Disliked: Rooms are crazy small! Downstairs is basically a combination of wework, a bar a coffee shop and restaurant, whilst trying to be a hotel lobby. Good luck getting a seat!
