The small rooms are too...

Liked: Love the vibe and the coziness.
Disliked: We've been going to the hotel for three years, but we noticed that it's looking a little tired. Probably needs some freshening up--paint, reupholster the furniture, etc.

Liked: Great location, very New York chic, cappuccinos every morning, very walkable and close to restaurants/bars and the water.
Disliked: Rooms are comfortable but quite small, but to be expected in nyc

Liked: Good location. Easy access by public transport. Cosy lobby area with sofas and fireplace.
Disliked: Rooms are very small. Breakfast is OK but not memorable.
