Wonderful hotel with lovely staff...

Liked: Very comfortable, clean and safe. Very quiet—excellent sound proofing on what can be a busy pedestrian street; great location for Santa Maria Novella train station. Very helpful and friendly staff (Giovanni and David, as well as the lovely breakfast staff). Wonderful stay, highly recommend, will stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing.
