Lovely Stay with family

Liked: 1. The location is excellent, very close to railway station and the tourist attractions.2. Clean, specious, comfortable room.3. The beds were comfortable.4. Good supply of toiletries and coffee.5. The room had an electric kettle.6. Good breakfast.7. The staff are really very helpful. They happily agreed to keep our bags before check-in and even after check-out, booked taxi for us.We loved the stay in The Market Urban hotel. Would love to come back again.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Liked: This hotel was in the perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station and tram stop. Also 15-20 from the other side of the city. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. From arrival to departure, they ensured we were comfortable and helped with anything we needed. They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage (and be able to utilize the bathroom) at the property until our late departure. Breakfast was also great. I can’t express enough how perfect our trip and stay was due to this hotel!
Disliked: Nothing!

GReat location near the train...

Liked: Location was perfect near the market and train station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were large and comfortable.
Disliked: The lights were tricky to figure out.

Location is great but breakfast...

Liked: Top Location... the staff was amazing, from reception to room cleaning staff, all very friendly everytime of the day
Disliked: Worst breakfast ever... pastry tasted as if it was previous day everyday throughout 7 days... the cake slices were dry hard telling it was clearly from previous day... breakfast area extremelly small... no kitchen ... not even fried eggs one can get in the morning, albeit omolete!!! No room service for food... terrible for a 4 star hotel

Disliked: Second time Ive stayed here, starting too look a bit aged. Disapointed by the 4am false fire (?) Alarm and no apology from the hotel for the disturbance Upon checkout.
