Great value for the price.

Liked: Convenient location, onsite restaurant and super friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit out dated and no temperature control for the room

Central location

Liked: Overall, good stay! It wasn't the 4 star hotel you'd find elsewhere, but for SF standards, it was okay.
Disliked: Lighting. The lights in the room are not enough and the room window was facing another building so no light really came through.

Liked: Such a great value ! The hotel is really nice, great lobby with fireplaces and comfy seats.spacious room, comfy bed and super friendly staff.Eco products, complementary drinks at the restaurants and bottles of water, umbrellas available to borrow. I definitely recommend it!

Very good

Liked: Complimentary refillable water was definitely a big plus as well as the daily room cleaning service. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Need more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. Netflix streaming would be great.

A boutique hotel with a...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, specially the hall which is HUGE and very cozy. I loved the christmas music and the whole ambiance. The rooms were also nice and the bathroom was quite big. I had the chance to have breakfast a couple of times and it was delicious. The staff was super nice!
