Liked: Spa and rooms were perfect. Very cool hotel and great staff
Disliked: I struggled to get the A/C to play ball in the room, it wasn’t quite powerful enough (in my opinion)

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous, the man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful he was young and had light hair I didn’t get his name! We got an upgrade as it was our first time staying, the room was unbelievable so modern clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is beautiful!
Disliked: We were waiting on our lunch for at least 40 mins but the waiter did come over and explain why! It came out cold but nothing else to complain about!

Liked: They made appropriate arrangements for specific requests we had (for example, firm mattress).Excellent spa, good food, and drinks.
Disliked: Some staff in the bar area do not seem to have much experience in dealing with customers.
