Liked: Excellent staff. My husband fed back that there was a queue to check in and only one receptionist for a Friday evening. The manager contacted him immediately and could not have been more helpful.
Disliked: Rooms and corridors too dark - not to my taste

Liked: The hotel is well designed. The spa area is really good. The doormen and concierge were excellent.
Disliked: Bar serving staff on both evenings were awful. Service was appalling with each round of drinks taking 30+minutes. Staff generally didn’t listen. We placed an order for drinks which never came but still made it to our bill. At breakfast we were shown to a half used table - the girl didn’t seem particularly well trained. We asked for gluten free toast and for sauce condiments which never came. Our room had 3 maintenance issues which should have been addressed without us needing to point them out (eg electric socket hanging off the wall and not working). All in all we thought this lovely hotel was let down by poorly trained and managed staff. We would not recommend this hotel.
