Liked: 1. The location was nice - close to dining and the concert venue I was going to.2. Concierge luggage service when I checked in, the gentleman outside the front was phenomenal.3. Kitchenette was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, paper towels.4. Size of space was perfect.
Disliked: 1. Some of the cleanliness was lacking. A - Found a used condom wrapper on the floor next to the night stand.B - Pubic hair on the toilet seatC - Inside the toilet bowl still had fecal matter from previous tenant.2. Coffee packet wasn’t provided in the kitchen. I called the front desk to see if it could be delivered, he said no I need to come to the front desk. Never been to a hotel that didn’t have that already in the room. Kind of disappointing. I need my coffee first thing before I go anywhere, but needed to get dressed and presentable before going to the front desk to get the coffee. That was disappointing.

Liked: It was very centrally located. It was also very quiet which was nice. The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned. The curtains were stained and dirty. The bathroom show was moldy and the drain had hair in it. There was some sort of spill under the sink that was never cleaned.

Liked: Location, spacious, comfortable, and stylish room, affordable prices.
Disliked: We requested and paid extra for a corner King but ended up on the first floor. For privacy, we had to keep the blinds down, which wasn't what we expected. Wish we could have been on a slightly higher level.
