great location off Burnside

Liked: Staff were very nice, and accommodated my request for a quiet room (quiet in downtown Portland is relative ;-) I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette. Location was ideal for my visit, close to Powell's, shopping and public transit. For those into nightlife, there are a number of bars of different flavors in the vicinity to choose from.
Disliked: Really, everything was great. Occasional noise from the room upstairs.

A Good Value in a...

Liked: Location is great and the room is clean, comfortable and a good size.
Disliked: It did feel rather old, and the gym is incredibly tiny with very little equipment.
