Liked: The hotel staff were exceptional , so courteous and compliant with all my needs. The doorman Bilel, was amazing, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too difficult and he made me feel so at home. He is a real asset to this hotel. The room had a luxurious feel and was very clean. Highly recommend.

Liked: the room was excellent, very large and comfortable and the staff were also excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant at the hotel was also very good
Disliked: we had small hiccup with our car being available when we had arranged it however the staff did everything they could to fix the issue
