Liked: Great location, great service, nice atmosphere
Disliked: The building and the rooms are quite dated, the room is not very large and it's pretty expensive. The lobby is fairly small.

Liked: Cute hotel in Chelsea. Cute lobby. Unique decorations. Nice staff. Quiet (unlike Dream next door which I stayed at before)
Disliked: The room is quite small. If you are a couple with 2 suitcases, there's not much space to move around. I was charged $35 fee for late checkout. Being a more reqular customer, I'd expect a courtesy late checkout, but they dont have any membership programs
