A good location

Liked: A very nice couple of nights stay. The Marine is a lovely building and close to Whitstable. Our bathroom was rather cold. It was a shame that the breakfast wasn't more self service for the cereal, fruit etc..its nice to choose what you want and the amount you want. Price wise it was expensive in comparison with the Goodwood Hotel (where we'd stayed en route) which was far better and with a pool etc.

Liked: breakfast very good also those serving us roomok view ok nice welcome when we arrived. A bit confused regarding giving our car registration - told not required but sign in car parking area gave warning about illagal parking - 2 hous parking and potential clamping fine.
Disliked: Not having biscuits in the room - tv very small and remote faulty - reported

Worth every penny

Liked: Food and bar were great. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was excellent. They even had biscuits in the room to go with your tea and coffee. A rarity with all these group owned, penny pinching hotels that would shave a millimetre off the soap to save a few pennies.
Disliked: Nothing
