Clean and nice staff but...

Liked: Great location with an amazing view .
Disliked: Cold , drafty windows and uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Sad occasion made comfortable

Liked: Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Room had a wonderful view of the quayside. Enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Staying there helped make a sad family occasion more bearable.
